“Bought a Mug, thought it was a plain mug. Didn't see anything about it being a color change from black to image with heat. Would have been nice if it was more obvious in the description AND pictures.”

“The cards were the images that I ordered. The quality of them was not the level of a true post cards. The Boston Massachusetts ones all had to be trimmed on one side due to the white copy border still visible on the cards (the image ordered was without a border.)”

“The buttons look nice but I wanted them all the same size, 2 and 1/4 inches. The unity over division buttons are only 1 1/4 inches.”

“Hi. The quality of the memorial poster was good. However, I paid extra for expedited shipping so that it would arrive in time for the visitation. It arrived the next day. Very disappointed. No compensation, just a coupon for my next order. No thank you.”

“My own fault, but I had edited the design, and the order defaulted to the previous before the edit. I must have followed the old “you left something in your cart” link. I should have reviewed it before hitting purchase. I was able to make it work.”

“I ordered business cards and the print and delivery was good, BUT BE CAREFULLY, it is a small print (that i didn't see) that put you in an authomatic montly payment for future orders, even If you don't order they used your credit card on file. That is a ripp off and then you need to dispute the charge. I won't order anything again to that company.”

“This was my second order of the same order for return address envelope labels. The font used by Dazzle is is too small. Like micro small.I hadn't opened the envelope until a month of the product having arrived, so a return was not available. The label design, quality and shipping were good. Thus I will be ordering again...and that is the answer as to, "why only 3 stars?"”

“The business cards I ordered I thought would be iridescent and they were not.. Good quality,fast shipping, but misleading description.”

“Delivery was fast and item looks good. However, it reeks of chemicals and it's taken lots of airings and repeated washings to get the smell to fade at all. Order early so you can be prepared to deal with the stink before wearing.”
