“Awesome product. Looks amazing! But when trying to find out if I have to sign for delivery, it was impossible to get a straight answer! Make your chat more user friendly and then you will get a 5 star rating.”

“I loved the invites! I love how they came out but the only issue I had was the packaging on the invites. Since it was packaged in just a car board envelope the cards weren’t secured so most of the cards came out with a little damage on the corners but overall they’re great cards”

“The invitations came out beautifully. Exactly how I wanted. My only issue is with my mail carrier. The invites came in an envelope and my mail carrier forced them in my mailbox which caused them to bend. Not Zazzle's fault, but it would have been nice if they were in a box, especially when spending a lot of money. They should be okay, I have them under weights!”

“My invitations came out exactly as I expected, which was great. That being said, some of my invitations on either end of the pile were slightly bent and creased when they arrived (I assume from the thin packaging).”

“It was not clear that my order of customized bridal shower invitations came with plain white envelopes. I spent more money on another order of customized (return address) envelopes. Full disclosure, as a first time user of Zazzle I could have overlooked the standard/included but I'm not a novice at ordering custom stationary/invites/cards, etc. Perhaps descriptions and order summaries could be more clear.”

“Shipping is expensive for a small package of 25 invites and envelopes. ($10) But they came quick even with standard shipping and the invites were good quality. Can only justify using zazzle with coupons but worth it overall.”

“Delivered what I ordered on time. The only thing I would have liked to make it perfect is a small presentable box or package to just place in a gift bag… the envelopes were loose. Even a nice ribbon holding them together would have been nice.”
