“I ordered three large T-shirts with a special logo and it took about 15 days to receive after one call telling me my order had been lost. I waited another five days for them to send me my order and when I received my order, the T-shirts were made for children And I could not wear them. Called customer service who said they wanted to send me three more and I said no please return my money to my credit card account. They said they would and even verified in an email that they would but they have not returned my money and it’s been over three weeks. I will never do business with this company ever again. They are not honest and the products they sent me were for children and not adult size.”

“I ordered an item that was "one size fits all." I had ordered this same item twice before. The new item arrived and was so small I couldn't wear it. Since it was obvious that Zazzle changed the sizing on this item I asked if I could simply order a different one that might fit. After numerous emails with a "customer service" rep, I received a discount code. It didn't work. Another lengthy round of emails only to finally get a reply that the code wouldn't work on my selected item. I had explained what I wanted from day one but the CSR only regurgitated Zazzle script for days and days wasting my time and, in the end, failing to help at all.”

“Ordered products 2 weeks before Christmas and had to pay shipping on each product individually. Then, they cancelled one of my orders and never notified me. I noticed with less than a week before Christmas and had to reorder now spending more in shipping than on the actual product. I was very disappointed with this experience and won't be using them again.”
