“Paid $22 for my order to arrive on May 22nd. It was an expected date, firm, not an estimated date. I didn't receive any notice of delay until I looked up my order number. Now, it is ESTIMATED to arrive by May 23rd, RUNNING LATE. These are graduation announcements, time sensitive. That's false advertising and fraud to have people pay an exorbitant amount for shipping so it will arrive on time then not follow through. You are not allowed to do that. This was a contract made; I pay you deliver ON TIME. You break that contract then you need to refund. I spoke to an agent and they refused a refund by lying saying it was always an estimate never a for sure date. Not according to my screenshots.”
