“Hi, although I cannot fault the delivery and the instant fitting of the cartridges, unfortunately, only the black one works. The coloured ones are not coming through. I can only print in black. What have I done wrong? Thank you.”

The team have sent you some instructions which usually resolve the issue you are facing. If this has not worked please reply to the email and we will get a replacement on its way for you. Our team will always do their upmost to provide assistance if there is any issues with the cartridges we provide.
