“The cartridge provided was rejected by my printer. When I examined both, the original and the one sent by you, there were distinct differences. I wasted over £18.00 for the sake of £5.00. In my opinion not enough expertise or not really caring about what you are giving the customer as long as you are getting the money. Won't be using you again.”

Dear Denise, We are sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your order and apologise. We only provided the highest quality cartridges to our customers and would never provide below standard cartridges for our customers and this is why we provide our years warranty on our cartridges. Compatible cartridges sometimes will look a little different to the original manufacturer cartridges but this should not have no affect on the quality or functioning of the cartridge. We have noticed that you have not contacted us about the issue and we really do want to resolve your issue for you.
