“I've been having ink cartridges from 999inks for quite a few years now, and have always been very satisfied with my purchases. My latest purchase was for a new printer, (my old one died on me), and I failed to check the cost of the cartridges for the new one when I bought it. A very silly mistake, as I found when the complimentary ink that came with the new printer ran out. The genuine Epson ink is nearly twice the price as the printer. Fortunately the compatible ink from 999inks is naturally cheaper, and I found it to be better quality than the branded ink suggested by Epson. I still think it a little expensive for the new printer I bought, but it's my own fault for not checking before buying. The price is the only reason for 4 stars.”

Hi Thank you for taking time to review us. We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with a cartridge. All our cartridges are filled with high quality premium ink and should produce the same high quality prints. Usually poor prints are caused by the printers printhead needing a clean and our team have sent you aa reply to your email on how perform this on your printer. If you not entirely satisfied after trying the simple steps and finding you have no improvement in your prints then please do contact us for a return as the cartridge is under warranty. Regards Paul

“I recently had a problem with my printer not recognising the 999 cartridge. I contacted 999 and the advisore could not have been more helpful. After trying some possible solutions, the printer accepted the 999 cartridge and everything worked smoothly. Thank you 999 for a wonderful piece of service. Ken Howe”

“Always get good service and delivery is pretty quick too. Had one ink a couple of years ago that wouldn't work and it was changed straight away with no problem even though I had had it for a while before puttin it in the printer. Thank you.”
