Hi Rohit It looks as though an attempt to deliver was made on 17th, the second day after your order was placed. Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful, but a redelivery yesterday is marked as completed. Hi Robert, I'm sorry to hear that your delivery was not completed in an acceptable manner. DPD are usually one of the more reliable carriers, and if they deliver to an alternative address this should be reflected in the tracking, which is not the case here. “I have been a customer of 999 inks for quite a while now and have never had any cause for complaint. If i have a query to be answered, the Customer Service team are quick to respond. The toners are of good quality and I aalways take up any offers which are offered to me.”
