Hi James, I'm sorry that your delivery wasn't completed correctly. I can't see any reason that the package was not delivered to your house, as the tracking claims. I have referred this to our logistics manager who will contact the carrier to ensure that greater effort is made to get orders to the correct address. “999 sent the inks I ordered promptly but they were meant to be compatible with my hp6000 series printer. It refused them so in the end I had to buy the genuine ones.”

“Been using 999inks for around 6 years for my brother inkjet for printing for thermal copying and for both or my Epson printers and I have only once had any kind of issue (one cartridge wouldn’t work and once I notified 999inks they not only sent the one that was not working but a pack of 4 cartridges,I would not go anywhere else”
