“The sealing cap to the ink bottle had no means of peeling it off, so I had to pierce it and attempt to fold back the pieces of the seal. As a result, ink got all over my fingers. Worst still, tiny pieces of the cap ended up in the bottle, which I was then disinclined to pour into my printer reservoir. So, I shall have to purchase a fresh bottle and hope the cap seal has a proper means of peeling off.”

“As a previous customer I was unprepared for a request to confirm my latest order by telephone. This was a tortuous call punctuated by delays and periods of silence. The final straw was the request to provide full details of a card AND the bank security code which banks instruct should Not be shared. Seem dodgy to me”
