“My Epson printer always detects 999 compatible cartridges and warns me to use their own. However, it is simple to override this warning and the results I achieve are always more than satisfactory.”

“We were promised immediate delivery but I had to remind you 3 weeks LATER. Only then did our inks arrive. Also I had to wait 15 minutes for my phone call to be answered by your team. A very poor service!!!”
