“I ordered some inks on 23 May and they still haven't arrived. Customer service are sending my order again. I wonder how long it will take Royal Mail to deliver them!”

“I was very pleased with my purchases of black and coloured inks but was very annoyed when i tried to re order yesterday and my bank card would not be accepted and apparently you had no knowledge of my e mail address when i have had countless e mails from you to re order. I would br grateful if you could contact me so that I can re order inks and paper. i was also held on the phone for ages. Looking forward to hearing from you. Jean Doody.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Ink is very reasonably priced, good quality, despite not getting branded. Used them for quite a few years and always been happy with products. Wouldn’t go anywhere else tbh for printing ink.”

“Bought a pack of black and coloured inks. They are all different types and so far I haven't been able to get these working on my printer despite it being a model it says they are compatible with”

“Used an alternative replacement colour cartridge for Cannon MG3650, worked perfectly first time. Good price and quick delivery. This was as a quick replacement for a cartidge from another company that didn't work as the printer still thought it was out of ink. Will stick to 999inks in the future.”

“I haven't yet tried your inks. I have sent your company an email to which I haven't had a reply about the fact that my parcel was left outside in the cold all night by Evri who couldn't be bothered to press my flat number. I was certainly at home. That said they could easily have been stolen. Hopefuly the inks won't have suffered as a result but I won't know until I've tried them!”
