“I called to place the order and the service was really good. Delivery was fast. I still don't understand what "double wrap" means when you choose white color, but apparently white just costs more...”

“Acoustimac Inc does a fabulous job of making an acoustic panel out of a picture. We had a large panel made of an historic building that turned out beautifully! Best of all, it was done quickly in time to give it as a Christmas gift!”

“We wanted to be super excited to receive your product but we are not able to find anyone to install the product properly. We were surprised to see that the mounting hardware is not already installed on the acoustic squares. The back is very uneven with the wood/fabric/staples so we are unable to screw in the brackets in a way that they would be flush with the wall. We have thought of returning and/or mounting on a board then attaching the board to the wall. Other companies we looked at had velcro type pieces that were already installed on the tiles then you could easily peel and stick to the wall. If we are not able to find someone to install we will probably return and pay all the associated fees for delivery and restocking.”

Hi Jamie, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble finding someone to install the panels you ordered from us. We don't attach the hardware because we want our customers to be able to install the panels in any orientation they want. You can use 3M Command Strip velcro to install our panels as well if that is easier for you. Other customers have used the velcro in the past and said it worked great. “I've ordered 4-5 times from Acoustimac over the past 10 years and they've been great every time. They even overnighted some missing clips on one of the orders so that I had them as soon as possible. The sound panels look great and work well and they definitely hold up to time. I just keep buying more for different rooms because they really make hardwood floors sound quieter and the lack of echo is addicting.”

“I'm a career broadcaster and audio producer. I've wanted to work from home for years. 2024 is the start of realizing that wish. Wanting a recording space that would sound great...and creating one on a budget....I thought about making sound deadening panels on my own. But after factoring materials (some of which are not easy to come by), expertise in construction (I'm good but not great), time and labor...I decided to find a better alternative. Acoustimac checked all the boxes. From color to size to ease of install, I wouldn't have been able to come close to these panels had I made them myself. Yes, shipping is gonna cost ya. But, honestly, it's a small price to pay. My home recording booth looks great (or will once I finish the wall covering) and sounds better than my broadcast studio ever did. Grateful to have found this company and will recommend to any chance I get.”

“Panels came on time and were perfect. We ended up having to trip two panels and found it easy to do so. Quick shipping, we got them installed on time. Nobody can believe how these panels changed our room. It was too bouncy to talk. Now we can give concerts.”
