“Ordered DIY panels for our Fireside room (approx 30x35). Used the online calculator and then spoke to a sales rep. They answered all my questions thoroughly. Our room has a hard surface floor and drywall walls and ceiling. The echo in the room was a real problem especially for our senior citizens. We hung the panels and people are amazed at how much better the room is! The diy panels took about 8 minutes each to assemble. They have a youtube video showing how to cover them in the fabric. Definitely worth the savings for us. We used a laser to get a straight line around the room and installed 31 panels in less than 3 hours. Highly recommend.”

“I’m so glad I opted for Acoustimac for my recording studio sound panels. I had originally planned to make them but, needing *18* 2x4ft panels, I was not excited about the amount of work involved. I found them at Acoustimac for a lower price than I was expecting. I ordered 4 (isolation booth) and they arrived in perfect condition. Ordered 6 more (control room) and those arrived, all perfect. Finally, ordered 8 more for the tracking room and was shocked that those all arrived in perfect condition as well. 3 separate shipments, 18 large sound panels, and not a single one damaged/skewed. I held off on writing this until I opened the last box, just to be sure. I doubt I’ll ever make a sound panel again, knowing that Acoustimac makes/delivers quality panels, fast and for as cheap as you could ask for. Thank you for making my project much easier!”

“The color was perfect. They were easy to put up, I used a laser level for consistency. The only complaint I had was the packaging. 3 of 4 hardware bags came loose in the boxes and one came out of the box. The driver was able to figure out what it was so I had the hardware I needed.”

“Very pleased with my 2x4’ panel system and corner bass traps. We finished our basement so I could have a personal home office and finally got to build my dream studio. Both rooms were soundproofed at the time of the build. The echo after the soundproofing was completed was horrific. These panels did just the trick for wall treatment.”

“Acoustimac has always been very easy to work with. Their responsiveness is prompt and they are helpful with any issues I have run into. Recently I had an order shipped and all my mounting hardware was lost by the freight carrier. They quickly overnighted me additional hardware so I was able to complete the job on time.”

“I am SO glad I found your company! After purchasing several panels from another company only to find out the colors were washed out and barely touching them with a damp sponge ruined the print, I immediately switched to AcoustiMac and now regret not having ordered everything through you! “I took a deep dive into acoustically transparent fabric(s) and considered all the usual suspects, including the high-end "standard" fabric and the low-end typical burlap... I was looking for something a bit more cost effective and ended up at ACOUSTIMAC! I ordered some samples and went with the DMD. It came relatively quickly and I was super pleased with the results!”

“I have a very positive opinion about my purchase experience with Acoustimac. Ed at Acoustimac was great to work with on my panel order and after my large panel order was shipped and i checked the tracking daily and after one week, no further tracking activity was showing up, I contacted Ed and he immediately started a tracer with Fed Ex and found out the pallet of my panels was lost , he got his team to immediately build out a whole new set of the 56 panels and got shipped Priority all in one day and the 2nd pallet arrived in two days and we got our school band room project started and finished and the school is very happy with the new band room acoustics.”

“Very happy with the customer service, the product and the follow up. Two of my panels were damaged in shipping. Acoustimac replaced them right away with no hassle! They dealt with the shipper. My replacements arrived today ahead of schedule. My project will be completed shortly. Recommend Acoustimatic strongly!”

“Really disappointed on how our purchase went. Panels are great. Delivery and customer service not great. Unanswered questions, no return calls, bills from FedEx because of delivery with no explanation, 2 week delivery delay, and had to pay FedEx because AcoustiMac discrepancy. Really disappointed the way things were handled.”

Good Afternoon, There was no discrepancy with us. FedEx sent you a bill for a delayed offloading fee. We spoke to our rep at FedEx and she said that was taken care of, you did not need to pay them. Also, the shipping time is out of our control. Delays in transit happen occasionally, it's unfortunate but does happen. I'm happy to hear you're satisfied with your product but I think the two-star review is unwarranted. We take pride in our customer service as you can tell by our hundreds of 5-star reviews.
