“My experience with the Academy to Innovate HR has exceeded my expectations in every way. Initially, I underestimated the depth and breadth of the Certification Program, assuming it could be completed within a few days. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover its comprehensive nature. The program encompassed numerous modules, insightful case studies, extensive reading materials, and culminated in a challenging exam. Navigating through the program took me several months, but each moment invested was incredibly rewarding. What stood out to me was the practical applicability of the content. “Overall good. Engaging and entertaining. Lots of information. Only wish there was a more HR101 type of course. With terminology and such things. For those with absolutely no HR background wanting to learn the basics. For me the program was a bit overwhelming and hard to process. As some things I just was not understanding what I was reading. I had to read it several times and try to make sense. I suppose as I get more hands on on my new role, some of the things in the program made start making sense.”
