“I believe it is the best learning method that I have experienced. The instructors are clear on the concepts, and they share many details that help them better understand the message they are sharing. This has been the most practical learning experience that I've had. I would recommend that anybody looking to develop within any HR department sign up for the Academy. I am excited about taking other courses and expanding my learning.”

“I enjoyed this training and many of the overarching concepts were very relevant. The videos were helpful, as well as the case studies that helped tie all of the information together. There was one piece lacking for me - which is that HRBP functionality can pretty drastically vary depending on what org structure exists, size of company, etc. For example, at my company we have leaders over each functional area, so our HRBP projects and work is always at least a collaborative effort with one (or multiple) other HR areas. While I understand that in some companies, the HRBPs function the way described in this training, in many cases this doesn't prove true in my current company.”

“This was an eye opening course. It provided so much information across a number of relevant topics such as Organisation development, design and culture. It provided far more than I expected. I really apprec iated all the research they provided as well as the many insights on a variety of models. Additionally the provided workboats and downloadable materials will be sueful for the futre when actually looking make this practical.”
