“Excellent program. I have been in L&D for 15 years and recently started my own consulting company. The reason I took this certification was to learn the reasons I structured my L&D department as I did and how I moved organizations from stage one to stage four (this was insightful for me to categorize [Map] what I have been able to do but also reasons I wasn't able to move to the next stage). This program helped me better understand the foundation of what I was doing - the "why" behind it. My favorite section was the Psychology of Digital Learning. Lastly, I found the exam to be too difficult. Many of the answers to some of the questions seemed too similar. Overall, I highly recommend this program. I learned a lot including the Kirkpartick model, coaching, the psychology of learners, and different approaches that I can take when I design programs and engage stakeholders. Well done!!”
