أود تقديم شكوى بخصوص تجربتي الأخيرة مع شركة أرامكس، والتي كانت للأسف غير مرضية إطلاقًا]
واجهت المشاكل التالية:
1. تأخير غير مبرر في التوصيل.
2. عدم وجود تحديثات دقيقة على نظام التتبع.
3. خدمة العملاء لم تكن متعاونة أو مفيدة.
هذا النوع من الخدمة لا يليق باسم شركة بحجم أرامكس، وآمل أن يتم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين تجربة العملاء مستقبلاً.

“I had an urgent delivery scheduled for this week through Aramex and, despite the tracking showing obvious delays, there was no proactive communication, no follow-up, and no real assistance when I reached out. I contacted them multiple times via live chat and all I received were vague replies or generic responses.
I planned work and deadlines around this delivery, and it’s incredibly frustrating to feel completely ignored by a company that’s meant to handle time-sensitive logistics.
This level of service is simply unacceptable. I won’t be using Aramex again and would advise others to think twice before trusting them with important deliveries.”
“A company manager from this website called me, claiming to be an analyst recruiting people to trade and earn money. All the money I deposited was the minimum amount, $125,000 A few days later, they praised my ‘success’ and said I needed to increase my deposit fivefold to maximize efficiency. I added more money and started trading. I reached out for assistance several times, only to find out it wasn’t free either! When I had a significant amount ready for withdrawal, they said I had to pay taxes and fees. Expecting my profits, I didn’t question it. After another transfer, my account was blocked. No one contacts me anymore, and as you might guess, the scammers kept my money without allowing me make my withdrawals i contacted a recovery agent called aixaltd.com with the email address Ai xaLTD.COM who was able to recover my funds if not I would have been in tears with this company”
“Aramex SA, You guys are CORRUPT!
You charge almost 21% for my customs on my order amount! Buffalo International NEVER charges anywhere close to that much!! I've had this issue with you guys before and you just keep quiet! Absolutely sickening! Aramex is slower than the company that is usually delivering. And you're 9% more expensive”
“Saya kirim barang ke Indonesia dari bln 7-21-2023 dan pengiriman sudah di bayar lunas ,sampai di Indonesia di suruh bayar lagi dan saya Ndak mau kemudian pihak Aramex menghubungi pihak Malaysia meminta uang lagi lalu dikasih lah sama pihak Malaysia dan mereka Ndak bilang buat apa kemudian selang waktu 3 hari barulah mereka bagi tau kalau buat menghancurkan barang kiriman saya,kenapa harus di hancurkan kalau kalian meminta uang lagi,bagaimana perasaan kalian jika ada diposisi saya,di mana hati kalian ,seperti inikah cara kalian memperlakukan kami orang !!!”
“IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR PRECIOUS DOCUMENTS , USE ARAMEX.
My passport was sent to me from Egypt to Saudi Arabia on November 1st 2020, After long delay , i contacted Aramex several times , their replies were always vague & non specific. Only after complaining to Saudi Communications and Information Technology Commission, they answered to them & to me that the parcel was lost. These shocking news caused tremendous irreparable harm to me as the passport contained valuable data which is impossible to retrieve. After a long terrible communication with uncoordinated, poorly trained customer care they said that their compensation policy is from $ 25:100 whatever the value of the parcel (they charged $ 65 to ship the passport). this means that the real compensation will be $35 , if they pay the maximum compensation according to them. Is $ 35 a fair compensation for a lost passport?”
“I ordered 2 same size parcels from China.
One parcel was shipped using the Chinese and South African Postal Service and other parcel is supposed to come with Aramex. They were shipped on the shipped on the same day.
The parcel that came through the Postal Services was on-time.
Aramex received my Import Tax payment and all documentation, 3 weeks ago, and still have not delivered.
Why pay Aramex when the Postal Service is more reliable?
I don't recommend using Aramex.
Try any of the other shipping companies or even the Postal Service.”
