“Item purchased was exactly as per the website image and I am very pleased with its quality. However I ordered the item on a Monday and called Wednesday to see if it had been dispatched. The young lady advised it would be leaving the warehouse on Thursday which is disappointing as the Friday was Good Friday (no Royal Mail deliveries) and my son’s birthday was Saturday. Came home to it waiting for me on the doorstep and still had to wrap it. Would have given 5 stars if delivery had have been better.”

“tHE GARMENT ORDERED IS NOT THE CORRECT SIZE I AM STRUGGLING TO RETURN, I HAVE FOLLOWED THE PROTOCOL THERE IS NO PRINT A LABEL OPTION, ROYAL MAIL WILL NOT COLLECT THE ITEM WITHOUT FOLLOWING MY SUBMITTING THIS REVIEW I WAS CONTACTED SHORTLY AFTERWARDS BY Kathryn Burnside WHO WAS MOST HELPFUL, WITHIN MINUTES KATHRYN HAD SENT ME A LABEL OVER TO RETURN MY ITEM, & SAID SHE WOULD CHECK WHY I COULD NOT FIND A PRINT LABEL OPTION , THANK YOU KATHRYN FOR ALL YOUR HELP”
