“I had a problem with a snap falling off of a Deerhunter Muflon jacket I purchased in August. It was promptly replaced by Ardmoor without a hassle. This is the best customer service I have ever received anywhere for any product. “Good website, prompt delivery. Unfortunately the article had to be returned due to a manufacturing fault, but ArdMoor's return procedure is really easy to use and when I had to speak to customer service they were friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. Would heartily recommend.”
