“Ardmoor has good quality country clothing with speedy delivery and excellent customer service. I had to return a wrong size item, I had a telephone call from a friendly customer service personnel to discuss my requirement and possible options. I recommend Ardmoor.”

“Took 3 days for them to get around to dispatching the item. Very slow for this day and age when competing against next day delivery companies. Item didn't fit well but that wasn't Ardmoors fault, just one of those things. Would use again but only I couldn't get the same item quicker elsewhere.”

Hi Mr Gardiner Many thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. As stated on the website on each product description, there is a time frame as to which gives an approximated delivery date. The item you ordered was a 3-5 working day delivery time frame, which does not include weekend days. We do also offer free exchanges so if the size isn't quite right we could exchange for a different size at no extra cost to yourself. “My order came in good time, but the pants were too small, the size was to fit a 34" waist but the ones delivered were more like a 31" or 32", so I have sent them back and re-ordered a larger size. Regards Steve Scott”
