“They have an easy-to-use website and a wide range of products on it. I'd never heard of the company, so did the usual review checks, but couldn't find anything that worried me. I ended up ordering a couple of jackets (for wildlife photography) in their black Friday sales, which is always a risk when they're also brands that you've never used before. Their prices, even without the added discounts, were very competitive, but the added discount always makes it feel like you've nabbed a bargain. The order was processed fairly quickly, but one of the jackets had to be ordered from the manufacturer (which I was aware of when I placed the order), so I knew I would have to wait a few days extra for it. After only a couple of days, I received an email update to say that the order had been dispatched and it arrived in a respectable time too. Unfortunately, one of the jackets was a little bigger than I hoped for, so I visited their returns portal and requested an exchange. Their portal enabled me to send it back, for exchange, at their cost. That was on a Saturday afternoon, so by the time I printed the label and got it dropped in at a community post office counter, it was then not scheduled to be in the system until Monday morning. It's now Friday afternoon in the same week and I've just received the replacement jacket, I don't think anybody can complain about a service like that. Whilst hesitant about ordering from them in the first instance, I do think that they'll now be my first point of contact, when I'm next looking for outdoor gear. Thank you for a great service!”

“Delivery times were shocking, £4.95 for it to take quite a while to arrive. The product is nice enough, I just don't like paying for tracked delivery when you can't track it and they don't post it.”

Hi Mr Calvert Many thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback and apologies for any disappointment with the order. As stated on the Ridgeline items, there is a delivery window of 3-5 working days in order for us to process the order. Unfortunately, as the order was placed on a Friday night, the weekend meant the delivery period for you felt longer. Once dispatched, you receive an email with tracking details for Royal Mail and we use a 24 hour service which can be tracked online. “I needed some advice on the right size of Workhogg coveralls. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, but initially didn’t have the size I wanted in stock. These are a Christmas present, so not yet tried on. The item was well packaged and arrived in good time.”
