“Ordered and paid for Alan Paine Rutland shooting waistcoat lichen 5xl. Later to be told you've no stock !. So let down by poor stock control. Kathryn, kindly informed me of this on 17/11/23 , I've left it with her to organise the same item but in an alternative colour. Hopefully she can redeem the situation. Many thanks Howard Lester”
