“Ardmoor had the range of binoculars I was interested in, complete with bag and straps. Their price bettered others, so I ordered. The binoculars were well packed and arrived with no issues. Unfortunately, they were out of stock initially so it took 5 days for them to be sent, but then arrived within 24 hours bettering their 48 hour promice. The straps were not easy to attach - It would have been better if they were already attached, or the guide (provided by the manufacturer) was more explicit.”

“Went to ArdMoor in North Berwick hoping there was a shop but only an office and storeroom. However, staff there were really helpful. I was looking for a particular jacket but it was not available in my size. After a search online, another jacket was found and fetched from the storeroom. Fitted perfectly and was purchased. 10/10 for customer service.”

“ArdMoor customer service is excellent. I left a review on a pair of walking boots that had started to leak and the sole come away from the upper. The next day their customer service was in touch to sort out a claim with the manufacturer. All I had to do was send some photos. Resolution all sorted in less than a fortnight. All I can say is thank you ArdMoor for being so customer focused.”
