“I say this only as a way to improve but the despatch time really needs to be improved. I had 6 parcels delivered from other companies before this item had even been shipped . There were emails about the time frame but it seems futile to push Black Friday and then take 5 working days to even despatch an item … the jacket arrived well packaged and it’s great but disappointingly the despatch time was too long .”
