“Like many others, we were flooded at the beginning of January. Not an Amazon customer, I was pleased to find Aspli Safety online. Although Gaynor said that the Osmo flood barrier was out of stock, I was delighted to have my order delivered in full within 3 days. My neighbour also ordered flood mitigation products on my recommendation and was very happy with her order. Excellent service – although I hope I don’t need to use the flood barrier products any time soon.”

“Quick to take money and slow to deliver. I ordered 3 scaffhooks and 3 restraint lanyards and paid. I then received an email saying they only had 2 scaffhooks, i said just send the lanyards, i have had no refund or any update on the scaffhooks. I have had to buy elsewhere as the project begins tomorrow. All in all your service and commnuication is rubbish.”

“Never needed flood barriers before but placed an order of which some wasn't available. A lovely lady from Sales rang me and suggested alternatives which I then chose. She changed the order whilst on the phone and got the replacements through almost straight away and dispatched for prompt delivery. Luckily I haven't needed to use the items but Aspli were significantly cheaper than a certain other sales company.”

“I recently trained in first aid rescue. The swim tube is an excellent product. Very well made and ideal for lots of situations. Contact someone like coast to coast for a training course.”

“Dealing with the company was excellent but the product, air brick covers, was unfit for purpose, unfortunately. The adhesive was simply not strong enough to stick over the air ticks adequately, despite following the instructions to the letter. They fell off immediately and had to be binned.”
