Dear Mr Turnbull Secumar make two types of pills, some that are lose (for their 3001S inflator) and some that are in the pill cages (for their 4001S inflator). We have looked into your order and this time you ordered the lose type part no 00867. It would appear in May 2021 you ordered the type in the cages part number 000871. The pills within the cages are not designed to be changed. We are somewhat surprised that you managed to do this without damaging the plastic cage. We would advise in the interest of safety, something we do take very seriously, not to use these lifejackets until you have fitted the correct parts. Please can you contact us at your earliest convenience so we can get the right parts to you.

“When ordering the stock I needed this delivered direct to one of our clients. The goods were delivered to us, rather than the client. Luckily we aren't too far from them so were able to get the stock to our client. This could have caused a problem had our client been further away. The driver also did not ensure we knew the stock had been delivered - it was left in our foyer.”

Good morning Jill Sorry to hear that the goods were delivered to the wrong address. The address labels are generated automatically from the website but unfortunately the delivery postcode we were provided - HU5 3AQ was incorrect (should be 3QA we believe) so the entry was rejected by the carriers software. It was then somehow redirected to your address in error. Should the delivery address not have been close to your business please be assured we would have picked up the goods and redirected them. With regard to leaving the goods unannounced in your foyer as advised we have taken this up with the carrier so that the driver is instructed not to do this in future. We look forward to being of service again in the future.

“I called about a service on my very old Englands wading/auto inflation life jacket. ASPLI don't service anything so old but did give me advice on how to do it myself. I bought the recharge kit which arrived in the post the next day, followed the instructions and am now ready to get back into the mighty Spey with confidence knowing that my jacket is fit for purpose. “Good stock and reasonable prices EXCEPT shipping costs, which miraculously rise between cart and payment. Why use an expensive courier when Royal Mail is fine? Not "dangerous goods".”
