“I ordered a fall arrest (life line) from ASPLI but didnt notice that it was 3 to 4 working days delivery. this was required urgently. when i spoke to them they said they would contact the supplier and see if they could get it sent out the next working day, which they did and it came. great service”

“I ordered a pair of rigger boots and one evening and the next day was informed by a missed phone call and then an email to say that the boots were temporarily out of stock in the size I ordered. After ringing them back I was offered a full refund or offered to wait a couple of days by a very apologetic lady . I opted to wait , and in fact the boots arrived only one day later than originally expected. I’m very pleased we the boots , and the customer service that I received from Aspli Safety Ltd .”
