Good morning Mr Pottinger We are sorry we have not met your delivery expectations on this occasion. Unfortunately the product you ordered was a non-stock item. We advised you by email at the time of ordering they would be 2-3 weeks which we understand you replied to say you would wait. The good news is your children's lifejackets are already on the way and should be with you very shortly. As you are in Shetland transit time will be slightly longer than normal. Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any further queries.

“Goods arrived very promptly and as per order so everything worked fine. An improvement would be if a slower and cheaper delivery method was offered. I didn't need "next day" delivery and was nearly put off by the delivery charge.”

“I wanted some safety wellies for mowing. Originally I wanted the same brand as the wellies that I use for dog walking/horses, but they don't do safety wellies in female sizes, which is a bit rubbish! I went for the Aspli boots instead which were a lot cheaper and were delivered really quickly. I wasn't sure about them to start with as I haven't had safety wellies before, but as soon as I started mowing, I forgot all about them. I did about 90 minutes' mowing, didn't notice the weight of the toe caps and my feet didn't get as hot as they would have done in my other boots, so all good! Would definitely buy again :-)”

“I bought two reversible keep left/right signs to fit over road cones using riveted straps. One strap hadn't been fitted at one end. The rivet hadn't failed, it appeared not to have been fitted under the rivet or pierced by the rivet as intended. For info only, not a problem, I fitted a new rivet myself.”
