“I loved your original slides so much I ordered a black pair. However I was extremely disappointed. The quality was so inferior. The fit much narrower and the sole thinner. Won’t be buying from you anymore. 😞”

“I bought the NX Winter Slipper because the Aussie Soles memory foam slippers were the most comfortable pair of slippers I had ever come across and they have been unavailable for a long time, so I thought I would try these. I ordered two pairs, in pink and wine and received pink and dark green. They are starting to split around where the foot goes in, so I'm not confident they will last long. But they are comfortable.”

“Product is very good. Service is not. Reason- when I returned the navy thongs I paid $14.00 postage. I didn’t change my mind, they hurt and obvious not suitable, excessive for a product that cost &39.95..”

“Wrong size for me. Thought I ordered 40 but 41 arrived. Far too big but I had already worn them a day. Would be comfortable if right size. Waiting to hear when 40 is avail on purple and white Indy.”

Hi, we appreciate your feedback being shared. We are designed and owned in Australia and support millions of people over 16 years with great orthotic thongs at a reasonable price and comfortable footwear. We wish we could manufacture here in Australia, but it’s simply out of our reach. Our plan is to open a small factory when we are able to afford it. Starting cost is upward of $2M before making one pair of thongs. But We do have a dream to achieve it one day. Have a lovely day 😊.
