“The constant unavailability of certain sizes and colors is frustrating, Also sizing seems to have changed, which is hard to change once ordered on line”

“I have purchased the same Aussie Sole shoes many times before and each time I always receive the incorrect item. This time I have had to pay $9.99 for postage to have the correct one sent out only to have the incorrect ones sent AGAIN. I don't think I will purchase again, due to the length of time it takes for a response to my emails and the fact I had to pay for their error.”

“Hello I am disappointed in the fit and support offered by my recent purchase of Aussie Soles. The quality in the support offered is especially disappointing. I will probably not order again. I live in Canada so at about 85.00for two pairs shipping included, I will look at other options.”

“The shoes I ordered were a 42 instead of the 43 I previously had. The difference in the size of the thong is staggering. It's like I've been sent the ladies instead of the men's size. Won't be buying from you again.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of aussiannas, to replace my old pair and was extremely disappointed to find that youve changed the style, the old ones were almost identical to haviannas ,the fit is not good (unless my toes were twice as long as normal.) As the front anchor point is too far from the front, so the thongs fit perfect at the back but too long in front of the toes and I cant push my foot any further forward. And to top it off they are not as comfortable as the old style. So I wont be coming back for more.”

“Comfortable but poorly made. I have only had them a short time and they are already starting to brake. I have also had a stick go straight through the sole and into my foot. Won't be buying these again.”

“I have been wearing these sandals for years. I feel this time round that the sandals are too narrow for the foot, too tight across the toes too tight across the top of the foot and always sliding off the feet, so you have to keep adjusting them by hand not very happy at all this time around”

“You seem to have stopped stocking most of the Starfish Classic colours of which my favourite was the blue/yellow combination. It appears you have lost direction. When I google Aussie Soles my search engine responds Aussie Soles U.S?, U.K? ‘Holdings? When I rang your warehouse earlier this year I was told most of this style will not come back to stock this year! This forces me to look further afield for orthotic thongs. A shame!”

“Great thongs but all you can get is the arch support type. When are you going to make available your standard starfish and when are you going supply enough size 43.”

“Ordered my second pair of starfish slides. Same size (38) as my last ones. Didn't fit!!! Sooo disappointed as I loved my first ones. Material also felt different but I could live with that had I been able to wear them.”

“When I purchased them I expected them to arrive in 1 or 2 weeks… they arrived 5 weeks after ordering, I had to purchase another pair from another supplier, not good for delivery times”

“Discovered these thongs when living on the Sunshine Coast 8 years ago and have continued to order online as I now live in Perth WA. Original Starfish design so comfortable and durable. Recently ordered new Starfish design and so uncomfortable with large arch support. So disappointed.”

“My new thongs were received in good time. This is the 5th pair of Aussie Soles I've bought. Unfortunately I think it will be the last. I can't put my finger on why but they feel inferior to all the other pairs I've had. They are definitely not as soft and comfortable and feel more "plastic". I will be looking at similar, alternative products now.”

They are the same exact design as our starfish original, but the starfish classic has added material such as sugar canes, recycled plastics, and merino wool fibers as we are aiming for eco-friendly products to reduce carbon footprint in manufacturing. We hope to come up with an eco-friendly solution to get you back on our thongs and sandals.

“Only had the first pair for 2 days and they broke, second pair lasted another 4 days and then they broke. Comfortable while they lasted.”
