Brought 2 pairs don’t know if they change the fitting or design but they do not fit as well compared to my last pair which I loved.So will not buy again.

I bought a two pairs of the starfish which I loved but unfortunately both shrunk significantly within the first week of having them as I left them inside my door but the sun must have came in and was enough to destroy them, I have had to give them away. I have since bought a pair of Aussieanas slim straps which I am happy with but it feels like the straps won’t last long, it would be good to have a normal size strap option with the Aussieanas.

My sister bought me a pair of size 9 white Aussie Soles and they were a bit big for me. I purchased another black pair in size 8 1/2 and they were too small for me. I sent an email to you about this, but never got a reply. I’ve uploaded a picture of the size difference. I hope it worked.

Unfortunately I got the wrong 2 pairs, even though I contacted Aussie Soles twice, prior to dispatch, so a little disappointed. I’ve ended up with high arch when I wanted standard arch.

Loved the thongs I bought years ago! My recent purchase was a larger, even though the size stamp was the same as before. So I sent them back for exchange. The response and service was good, but I ended up paying 2 lots of postage to get a pair of thongs with a different shape than before, and was disappointed to see they are made in China now.

We love your shoes, but this time around the size 10 seemed to be a little smaller than the last size 10 we ordered, so they don’t fit my husband. Have you changed your sizing? Otherwise we love the shoes.

I had to return two pairs of shoes as the sizing has changed since my last purchase. From the email on the matter, I thought the postage for the exchange would be covered - it wasn't. Communication was not at all clear which marred the experience. I am yet to receive the exchanged items so cannot comment on comfort etc. Just make sure you are selecting the right size as things may have changed.

Unfortunately I selected a size too long, hence I can not tell how well they function. I have not been able to wear them. However, I do love the colour. Heather. 😪This is so disappointing as I am not able to go shopping hence use on line. Perhaps this is something you should consider in your marketing.

I've always loved these shoes.they are fabulous for around the house or at the beach.very comfortable However I find the new ones have just ordered are tight across the top of the foot and feel and look very narrow.

My last pair of sandals are way too tight over the feet. Ist time this has happened. Such a shame. Feel like they have been left in the sun but not the case.

Four years ago I bought a pair slides from a retail shop because they were wide. The same design bought online recently are narrow so too tight for my feet ☹️

Unfortunately having bought a pair of Aussie soles before, I thought they’d be the same size and ordered accordingly online. They were too big and I will likely not wear them. I can’t be bothered sending them back.

Excellent product, took forever to come back into stock. Contacted customer service and asked to amend a size on my order which wasn't done. Not the end of the world but a bit disappointing. Alan
