I still have not got my thongs from last year, last time I contacted Aussies soles I wax told they didn't have my size and I changed the size slightly and was told it would be delivered in 3 - 5 days , that was months ago , so I gave up again, not very happy

Very poor PR. They deducted $9.99 for their postage to me. I had to return the shoes due to my normal size being too tight. New Owners have taken over the Company and they’ve changed the Shoes to make them narrower (presumably to increase their profit) than the previous pair that I have that I bought from the original family Owners.

Bought two pairs both size 39 cm. One pair much bigger than the other. I write to you and was told how to return them but would have to pay for postage. I wrote again saying the error was yours and could you organize a return . I never heard back. Not good. I like the one that fits. Shame about the backup service

Not as good as the first pair i got 10 or 12 years ago they were awesome next pair good next 2 pairs failed. starfish are on there last chance with me

I bought two pairs the same size, one shoe on one pair is too tight. I tried to ware them hoping it might loosen up and it has not. Can I return that pair?

I’m for the first time in many years of buying Aussie soles very disappointed These we’re supposed to be a men 10 No arches thong They were narrow an shorter than the Old pairs of men’s 10 that he has We went to a supplier of Aussie soles an the men’s 10 we bought 2x we’re not the same as either pair we had bought I think Aussie soles OWE us for 3 pairs That we have purchased

I did receive my thongs, but they were the wrong ones. I sent two email stating I would like to change them for the things that did have to highest arch support. I heard nothing back.

Not happy. After about 20 hours used my size 8 blue green broke . I sent photos and letter to Irene got Zero response to my plight. I would like a new left blue green size 8 . And some sort of response. Sorry they were my most favourite thongs ☹️

I have been ordering these thongs for years . I have never had a sizing issue. This time the fitting was smaller than usual. I tried to wear them in . I had to throw them out as they rubbed in the width and also the length was shorter then usual so my heel sat on the back end when I walked.I have ordered the correct size . ( I checked with my older thongs )

I ordered two pairs of 8.5 size jandals based on the ones I bought while visiting Australia a few years ago - they are both too small. I've given them away rather than have to spend more money on postage back to Australia. Why is your sizing not the same as it was? Very unhappy.
