“I recently purchased a digital piano w/ bench but was disappointed that the bench hasn't been delivered together with the piano. Hopefully, the bench that is supposed to come with it also gets delivered to us soon. Apart from this, we were happy with our purchase.”

“I was not very happy with Australian Piano Warehouse. I was surprised when they said my keyboard would arrive in 3-4 business days during the pandemic, but I was more surprised that it took two months to arrive in the end. I contacted them multiple times and they said they would follow up. It was only when I asked for a refund that they finally acted to get the keyboard to me. I understand it's been a challenging time but it still could have been rectified sooner and communication could have been better. I am happy with the keyboard.”

“We were satisfied with the Warehouse, but very dissatisfied with the delivery of the Keyboard. It was delivered and left outside our property on the communal footpath. Not signed for either.”

“I bought an instrument online, and it's absolutely fine - just what I was after. I was surprised that there was no follow up at all from APW, after spending the best part of $3K with them. I learned about the schedule of delivery from going back to the original Track Shipping email and checking. Nothing at all from AFP - thanks for buying, interested in any accessories, any problems setting up... nothing. That seems odd from a customer service perspective, but honestly, it also diminishes your chances of making additional sales - cabinets, music stands, headphones, other electronic accessories and so on.”
