“I ordered items on line for click and collect. Got an SMS saying order was ready. When husband arrived to collect order it was nowhere to be found. Husband had to wait a long time for staff to find items on shelves. Luckily items were available from shelves as husband had driven half an hour to collect order.”

“The best (exceptional) customer service I have experienced in years. Exchanged a caravan cover that didn’t fit several months after I bought it. Did not have a receipt but they went out of there way to check through their records to find it. Then didn’t want me to pay the higher price for the bigger cover. I declined their kind offer, paid the difference just to acknowledge my appreciation for their time, effort and patience.”
