“I contacted your store about an external water connection for our caravan. I spoke to David Vears he was extremely helpful and selected the part most suitable to me, he then mailed that part to me the next morning. I have now received the part and it is correct. I would like to thank David for talking me through this situation and giving me some advice as to which part I needed as I was not sure.”

“The service at award rv is brilliant , they are helpful , courteous and know their stuff . I own a caravan buisness and buy all I can there to support , I do however wish they had trade as I used the Australian rv and mistaking key brought wrong pump and they never took it back It. Would be great if Australian rv had the amazing service of award rv They are great”
