“Brilliant store. Great, friendly & informed service, good prices (with some EXCELLENT specials). I've converted my work van into a camper to do country work. So far, I've bought a generator, sink, stove, microwave, 12v T.V. & aerial, fridge, toilet, water tanks, taps, pump, batteries, charger, switching panels, LED lights, hot water service, shower/toilet tent, diesel heater, bug zapper, assorted stools, chairs & table, along with all of the wiring and piping attachments and accessories needed to install them. This year, the top vent, fan and wind out awning (with privacy walls) go in to complete the job. Steve Andrewartha Happy Customer”

“Was looking for a Thetford fridge, find one on your website, phoned and sorted what we want with your staff. Sales assistant phoned back and arranged the sale and payment. We drove down from Bathurst to collect the fridge, which was sorted and waiting for collection. A very helpful gentleman help load it onto trailer and we were off. Many thanks to all concerned”

“Ordered Aussie Traveller anti flap kit with storage bag, but unfortunately they made a mistake with the order and only dispatched the anti flap kit. Upon contacting them about the mistake they promptly dispatched the storage bag and it was delivered to me by the next day. Great customer service and follow up. Thank you.”

“I was amazed at how quickly my product was processed and put in the delivery system. Australia Post did not deliver in the expected time frame and the tracking says I may not receive it before December 28th because, for some reason it has been delayed. I will write another review when it arrives. Thanks. Marc Clayton”

“The caravan windows I wanted were on the website. I enquired via email, and Matt replied. He told me the windows would need to be ordered, and the lead time. I paid. Right around the time he indicated, I received my windows. Well packed and right. Award RV were the cheapest, and they did everything they said they would.”

“I purchased a jockey wheel which I discovered was broken when I got home. It turned out to be a return which was mistakenly put back on the showroom floor. When I called them to arrange a replacement, I was told they'd put one aside for me. When I arrived to pick it up, they advised that they had no stock and the one they'd put aside was $100 more expensive. Long story short, over two weeks later a replacement was delivered with a few calls in between. The attitude I experienced with a couple of their staff I hope can only be explained by how busy they were, I don't work on the theory that the customer is always right but questioning me as to why I didn't check the contents of the box before I took it home is pretty rude. The store has a great range of gear at reasonable prices, I trust the customer service levels will return to normal after everyone enjoys a break once the silly season rush calms down”

“The Service was really good, the chap that did the work did a fabulous job. The quote given from the salesperson blew out a lot more than originally given, this was a huge disappointment. There was a mistake on the hours worked so once this was pointed out I was given a credit. Wish the salesman was more upfront and honest.”

“Award RV Superstore replaced the fridge in my motorhome, along with some other work. Dave Vears was great to deal with. When parts for the job were delayed, Dave kept me informed. Also gave alternative supplier options for work Award RV Superstore does not do. Great job!”
