“Item as described freight was quick, unfortunately the box was damaged in transit and the brackets that attach to the van and instructions were missing. Luckily BCF sold the brackets and I just nutted the rest out”

“I'm sure it was a one off. But my order was in backorder for 7 weeks. I rang them the person I spoke to was very helpful. Said system had failed fo some reason as the product I ordered is always in stock so sent it str8 out. Couldn't explain why my order was a back order from the start. I will use them again as things happen.”

“In a time when customer service can be not there at all, the service I received from Tommy at Award RV Superstore was fantastic. He took the time to show me the items that were suitable for my needs, explain about them and order in the extra part that I needed. He emailed me the invoice documents then provided a follow up email when the additional part arrived. It was such a nice experience dealing with him. He's a great asset to the store.”

“I ordered a simple step for caravan at Christmas time. The order was packaged and sent to Post Office the same day it was requested and arrived today, in approx four days considering it had to be deivered to Queensland. The service and efficiency in sending such a small item was remarkable and I would like to thank the staff involved. Happy New Year to you all”
