“We ordered a new caravan cover for our van, it was on back order but that was okay, no hurry as we are in lockdown, thought we would be waiting for a while and no within the week of ordering our cover arrived, super quick, fantastic service especially in these very trying times of lockdown. thankyou Award RV superstore team always a very happy customer here.”

“Buying on line from Award was a good experience. The items arrived in reasonable time. The only disappointment was that the anodes I purchased on special for $18 for Suburban hot water unit were only 2/3 the length (shorter lifespan) of the genuine item, so they turned out to not really be a special after all. Other than this I was happy with my purchases.”

“I have been let down by other companies for recent online RV parts purchases but found direct contact with this supplier (via Casey Gray - I think) to result in thorough and excellent service. Part was delivered very quickly from Vic to Far North Queensland using express post”
