“I needed a replacement part for my Dometic awning. It was priced competitively and with free freight I ordered it on Sunday. It was delivered to my home in Sydney by 10.00am on Wednesday. That far exceeded my expectations.”

“In a time when customer service can be not there at all, the service I received from Tommy at Award RV Superstore was fantastic. He took the time to show me the items that were suitable for my needs, explain about them and order in the extra part that I needed. He emailed me the invoice documents then provided a follow up email when the additional part arrived. It was such a nice experience dealing with him. He's a great asset to the store.”

“I ordered a simple step for caravan at Christmas time. The order was packaged and sent to Post Office the same day it was requested and arrived today, in approx four days considering it had to be deivered to Queensland. The service and efficiency in sending such a small item was remarkable and I would like to thank the staff involved. Happy New Year to you all”
