“Hi. It would have been much better it your web site had informed me the product I was purchasing was out of stock before I committed to purchase. Other sites I deal with usually do this . The product I purchased for my holiday still hasn't arrive and I will have completed my break tomorrow so not that impressed as Maybe you would understand. Probably not willing to risk another online purchase with you.”

“Hello I am sorry for the bad review but as yet I have not receive my purchase which I paid for on the 6th of Dec. I tried to track the parcel through Ausi post and the last log was on the 7th to say they had it. I contacted Ausi post but still have no result in receiving this present in time for Christmas. Kind regards Ross Williams”

“We recently purchased 5 X Sirocco fans for our caravan and had them installed by Award RV. We did a lot of shopping around online and Award were the cheapest by far. The installation quality of all 5 fans is terrific. Overall it was a great experience aided by friendly and knowledgable staff. I highly recommend Award RV.”

“ordered a caravan cover on line, but didn't get an acknowledgement from the store, so followed up with a phone call a few days later. The gentleman I spoke to was really helpful and looked up my order and said it would be posted next day. It arrived two days later despite the Xmas rush. Fantastic.”
