“Goods were ordered on line and could be picked up two days. Arrived two days latter and good had not been picked ready for pick up. Waited about 15 mins for them to organise but they could not find one item, so had to go back the next day.”

“I had a problem with a purchase that caused damage to my equipment I was using to apply it. I emailed you by return Email for the Receipt I received on line as I wanted to include Photo's, and have not even received a reply Email sent was HI. I used the product I purchased, the first tube successfully however the second tube had a fault in the push disc inside the tube and either split or turned 90 degrees. Because I was using a Ryobi Batter Caulking gun which has a good sized disc on the push ram, it still continued to extrude the sealer, but ran out early. When I went to change tubes the problems started, the sealer had bypassed the faulty push disc in the tube and the push disc on the Caulking gun and filled up the mechanism and gearbox on the Battery Caulking gun. These products were obviously fairly old as there was a layer of dust on them, but no expiry date so I expected them to be serviceable. I then had to spend 2 hours and about a Litre of solvent totally dismantling and cleaning the caulking gun ( See Photo’s), which I was not happy about as it is barely 6 months old. I purchased it because I suffer from Arthritis and Carpel Tunnel of my hands and find the manual guns very hard and painful to use. I then had no option to resort to the manual gun to finish the job as I was not willing to risk having to spend another 2 hours cleaning. I will therefor be returning the faulty tube and 2 that I have not used ( when I am next in the area, (it is a 90 Km Hour and a Half round trip from home) as I believe they are most likely getting to old. Also if there is a problem with the Battery caulking gun that has been caused by the failure of the sealant tube I will be seeking the cost of the replacement. “Ordered and invoiced 4th November finally shipped 16th Nov arrived at PO BOX 19th Nov. This was a standard caravan electrical 240 v outlet , very poor service level. They say their logistic were a bit slow, well they may be but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of communication (nil advice) to say how bloody slow they are. In summary nothing award winning about the service level or the communication about order progress. I could have rode a push bike to Melbourne and back in the time it took these guys to process the order.”
