“There is nothing wrong with the products just they are arriving in a dribble. I ordered them in one go and paid in one go but I still haven't recieved all of my order a little bit of communication would not go astray. Just to say we don't have a certain item in stock and give a person a chance to cancel the order.”

“Order was placed on 5th September with an expected fulfillment time of that week. On calling a couple of weeks later the order had apparently gone missing. Finally on 13th October it was 'expected by end of week' but on calling the next week no ETA could be given (even when reequested of email). The order finally limped into store on 28th October and was picked up but I'd be hard pressed to describe the customer service as anything better than nonchalant.”
