“Item was purchased and it took 3 weeks to send it. I still have received the item. No communication. If I knew it was going to take 4 weeks to receive the item I wouldn’t of purchased. I will not purchase any items from this retailer again.”

“This company is ok if the parts are in stock and you know what you want but terrible at communications. I have asked numerous questions via email, the Victorian camping show portal and on their eBay site and have never had a single reply! Very poor.”

“Took 13 days to post my item no contact as to why, when asked why it took so long I was told it was not in stock! Still waiting for it to arrive how can you advertise an item for sale on eBay when you don't have it? last time I will purchase for this store absolutely hopeless”
