Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“We had a lovely day in South Bali with our driver, Arya. He was super helpful, courteous, professional, prompt and spoke very good English. He was flexible during the day and suggested places to go. The car was comfortable and very clean. Would definitely recommend Bali Holiday Secrets and use them again. The website is full of useful and accurate information. “During the week-long tour with Gede Nanta, I had a wonderful time. Gede knowledge of the local area and its history was truly impressive, and it added a whole new dimension to the places we visited. What made the tour truly special, though, was Gede's warm and friendly personality. It felt like exploring with a knowledgeable friend rather than a typical tour guide. I also appreciate the prompt and helpful responses from the office when planning the tour, which made planning the tour a breeze, and impressed me. I highly recommend their tours to anyone visiting the area and look forward to more adventures with them in the future.”

“Kadek did a wonderful job showing us around Ubud and exposed us to the culture and charm of the town. He was very helpful and flexible with our schedule, prompt during pick up and drop off, and made our vacation as confortable as possible. “Thank you for making it easy and stress-free for me to visit places I wanted! Wayan navigated the narrow roads of Ubud with ease. Tip for people booking the 10 hour South Bali tour: When planning the route/places to visit, do account for traffic and consider that likely more than 10 hours will be needed e.g. if visiting Ubud (at least two attractions) and Uluwatu from the Nusa Dua area (I left at 10 in the morning, headed to Ubud first to see the Tegalalang rice terraces and the elephants at Mason lodge, and didn’t make it to see the Uluwatu temple within the opening hours, so opted for Jimbaran beach for sunset instead). Still a very nice day!”

“Highly recommend Bali Holiday Secrets - especially Kadek, our driver. You get sent a confirmation email with a photo of your driver and their WhatsApp number after you book, this is so incredibly reassuring. Kadek waited patiently for us, even with all our arrival delays and he kept in contact and reassured us the whole time. Our drive to the hotel was great as Kadek was so knowledgeable and chatted to us. This option may not be the cheapest transfer option, but it is honestly worth every cent and you won’t be disappointed.”

“Everything was amazing. We booked 2 tours and both were really interesting. Samsul was our driver and he was very nice and a good driver. He adapted to our itinerary with no problem as well as Madi in Nusa, we really enjoyed the experience. We recommend this agency to any person who wants to have an exceptional experience in Bali!”

“We’ve already had a great experience using the driver service from Bali Holiday Secrets and have several more journeys/tours planned. Including the Uluwatu day tour and a visit to Merah Putih for dinner (great recommendation Michael). We’ve been assigned the same driver for all our journeys which is a nice touch, and Kadek is fantastic. He’s punctual, knowledgeable and puts us totally at ease as he very safely navigates Bali’s chaotic traffic. We would highly recommend Bali Holiday Secrets, everything is made really easy and you definitely get what you pay for.”
