About Bali Holiday Secrets:

Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“Simple booking process and driver contacted me a couple of days before via WhatsApp to check timings. He was very prompt and confirmed the itinerary before we left the hotel. We saw some amazing waterfalls and temples. If you want to explore the island a bit, this is a great way to do so”

“What a great day with Made, our driver. We saw all we requested and learnt a lot about the Bali culture and la secret Lava Chicken recipe ☺️. Made went out of his way to source some local cigars for us & gave great local information. Would definitely recommend, wanted to give him 6 star rating, but only 5 available 😊. Thanks for a memorable day trip”

“The information on this site and the effortless ease of interaction make this a definite 5 star rating. Our first time in Bali experience was very good. We engaged a driver for a day, and Ketut was exemplary. Artful driving, great updates about constantly changing conditions coming out of the Covid recession as well as local knowledge and genuine friendliness made our day a breeze. He was punctual, had a spacious, clean air-conditioned car, supplied us with water and even tied our sarongs correctly for a temple visit. He was a true ambassador for Balinese cultures. Highly recommended.”

“Very good rates for one-way transfers and full-day drivers (10-12 hours), often much better pricing than your fancy hotel will offer you. My driver was smart and kind and the car was nice, cool, and comfy. I'm so glad I used Michael's network of the best drivers! And it's a wonderful bonus that you can pay with a credit card too. :)”

“I am so glad I chose to use this company for my pick up and drop off in Bali. As a single female traveller it was good to have the safety of being picked up by someone who recognised me from the picture I had sent before I travelled. The vehicle was lovely and clean with very welcome a.c. and a complimentary bottle of water. My driver, Komang was so friendly and welcoming. On leaving Bali I was picked up by Gede who was also super friendly and arrived promptly at the pre arranged time for my trip back to the airport. I was very impressed! When I made my booking with Bali Holiday Secrets they sent me the WhatsApp details and a photo of each driver for my convenience which was very reassuring. I also was very impressed with all the information that I received on travelling to Bali with handy tips. I will absolutely use this great company again for my next trip. I paid in advance by card when I made my booking which was very convenient for me.”

“We could not be more satisfied with our Bali Holiday Secrets booking. Michael kindly accommodated our last-minute request for a driver for three days to and around Ubud. Our friendly driver Reven was highly fluent in English and was happy to answer any and all questions we had about Bali and Balinese culture. We didn't have definitive plans, but after talking it through with us Reven was able to craft three excellent itineraries that matched our preferences using his local knowledge. There is simply no way we would have seen or discovered as much had we attempted to see Bali on our own.”

“We have just had lovely day trip Ubud from Seminyak. Our driver Reven, was super knowledgeable about the area and pointed us to a wonderful art gallery, coffee plantation and restaurant for a great lunch. Reven, was a great driver and guide for the day. I would highly recommend Bali Holiday Secrets, for easy transport booking while in Bali. Thanks Michael for a great service. “Using and booking with Bali Holiday Secrets was simple and efficient. Michael was very helpful and made sure I got a driver that was good with kids. Our driver was excellent! He was friendly, patient and very helpful! It was our first time in Bali and I was traveling alone with my 6-year-old son...using Bali Holiday Secrets and with our driver, I felt very safe and in good hands! I will absolutely be using their services again next time we return to Bali!”

“We had the best day touring with Gede exploring some of the lesser known waterfalls. Gede made us feel comfortable right from the get-go as we discussed our itinerary via WhatsApp the previous day. He turned up right on time and we got going on our adventure! Gede made sure to walk to each waterfall with us so we didn’t get lost, and waited patiently every single time, telling us to enjoy ourselves and not to worry! The last part of our trip was to reach our villa in Mount Batur, and Gede suggested an amazing place for us to have dinner on Kintamali ridge overlooking the majestic Mount Batur and Mount Agung! We didn’t know what to expect and this really topped off our fantastic day. We had an amazing time and will be sure to hang out with Gede next time we are in Bali!”
