Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“Kadek was punctual, friendly and drove safely. He helped us to plan our day and was able to adapt to any changes throughout the day. The only issue was the car had a strong cigarette smell in the morning. Fortunately it wasn't too hot and we were able to air it out.”

“It would be great if the drivers could speak a better English, sometimes I felt they have a hard time to understand what I was saying. Also, sometimes they suggested better options just after we finished our initial choices. Otherwise, the service was great, the cars are in excellent condition.”

“07.04.2024 - Airport Transfer + Day Tour with Arya was excellent, 5 stars. Very polite, friendly, had suggestions where to go, helped us to take photos, contacted us at the airport by WhatsApp so it was very easy to meet up. We had a great day with Arya and Koman (?) who was training with him. 11.04.2024 - Airport Transfer with Putu was 3 stars. He was scheduled to pick us up at 9:30 and we did not get any Whatsapp communication from him. We were early to the pick up because most drivers have arrived early. By 9:30 we were very worried when we didn't hear anything. I sent him a few Whatsapp and he replied that he was on his way. He arrived about 10 minutes late. I would not have been so worried if he had told us in advance that he was running late, but with no communication, we were about to pay for another taxi to the airport.”

“The booking was easy and Michael is prompt in replying to all queries. It was such a relief to have someone take care of our transport in Bali! Our driver, Made was cheerful and obliging. My only disappointment was that he seemed familiar only with very commercial touristy places - it would be great if places off the tourist track could be included. Looking forward to our next trip...Thank you so much Bali Holidays!!!”

“I recommend this service and found my driver, Komang, to be very friendly, respectful, and helpful. He was always on time and I was very grateful for how he safely navigated the very busy Bali traffic. I took into account Michael's tip - communication is key - and planned with Komang and had a great day out. I enjoyed the freedom of choosing when and where I wanted to go without having to follow a strict itinerary. Just make sure to plan with the driver who is familiar with the traffic and drive time etc. The vehicle was clean and spacious with AC and Komang went out of his way to make his passenger feel comfortable. It was easy to make the online booking and Michael was quick to respond with driver picture and car details. I'll be using this service again for my next Bali holiday and hope others do too. Thanks Komang and Michael!”

“The pickup and driver were lovely, he spoke very fluently in english and was a pleasure to communicate with. A few unwanted and unnecessary stops along our trip where we were pressured into buying things we didn’t need or want was a little annoying. Apart from that I would definitely book again. Thank you”

“Made was wonderful! He certainly knows his way around the traffic enabling us to knock out our crazy full itinerary. His food recommendations were also delicious and western safe, while still allowing us to experience Indonesian and Balinese cuisine. Made is also incredibly friendly and fun to talk to on the long drives. The only downside is a few things can be lost in conversation, so make sure to be very direct on the next stop for the day instead of trying to talk through the whole list. Sending the itinerary through text helps a lot with understanding. I will be recommending Made and Bali Holiday Secrets to all my friends!”

“Great experience and we really liked our driver Gede. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Gede helped make our day really enjoyable and was very flexible when we wanted to change our suggested itinerary during the day. He also provided lots of options of what we could do and helped us purchase tickets etc. we had a great day.”

“Even though the very wet weather, we had great day out, and really enjoyed the Gitgit tour (a great mix of sights with bonus stop at chocolate shop). Also, really appreciated Michael's assistance in recommendations and our driver's flexibility. A packed outing. Thank you!”
