Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“We decided not to go on the cruise ship excursion as this option was better suited to seeing Bali. We also saved ourselves money by doing this and would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Bali and seeing the sights. Thank You Arya Putra Agp for making our visit special. “I was travelling in Bali with a group friends (6 of us in total) and we organised a minibus through Bali Holiday Secrets. We had Arya pick us up from the airport, Putu for 5 days of driving in Canggu and Ubud, and Gede for transport back to the airport for departure. The buses we travelled on were air-conditioned and comfortable, with plenty of space for us and our luggage. Arya and Gede both had exceptional English, and were both very fun and friendly to work with. Putu did an amazing job at navigating the bus through so many different stops throughout Canggu and Ubud for us, and was very polite and patient. He managed to get us to all the different places we hoped to visit, and even stayed on longer for a couple of nights when we needed to be collected from dinner. We were all very happy with the service from Bali Holiday Secrets - I would definitely recommend in future.”

“Five star experience from start to finish. Communication before during and after our booking ***** WhatsApp contact for our driver with a photo of him and his car ***** Experienced driver with local knowledge ***** Personalised itinerary made just for us on the day by Kadek ***** Comfortable air-conditioned car ***** Flexibility with changing times of docking ***** Kadek finding us in the semi chaos of 2500 passengers disembarking at once :) ***** Thank you Kadek for making our Bali trip so good. I especially loved that you could recommend at least 2 waterfall sites that we hadn't already been to on previous Bali visits. I loved the giant swing at Leke Leke Falls. The Bali buffet restaurant we went to was lovely and well priced. This is the second time we have used Bali Holiday Secrets to book a driver and they didn't disappoint. I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone I know who is going to Bali.”

“We booked a full day with Gede, and had such a great time we booked for a second day. Absolutely the best driver we’ve ever had in Bali, Gede was fun, knew loads of random facts and sent us to some great lunch spots. Car was comfy and spacious, my only regret is we didn’t have more time for adventures with Gede. 11/10, we will definitely book again for our next Bali trip!”

“Hiring a driver for our trip was the best decision we made. Our driver, Gede, was fantastic. Gede is a good-humoured driver who speaks English really well. He made great suggestions to add or alter our itinerary and we used him for most of our travel - to Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, south bali day trips and airport transfers. At each stop Gede advised us on where to enter the site, where to get our sarong to enter temples and what not to wear (don't wear sunglasses at Uluwatu :):)). At some points he knew a local eatery or point of interest that ended up being far better than the cafe or restaurant we had chosen. Along the way Gede provided us with interesting cultural information and info about life in Bali. Gede was patient and waited at each site until we were ready to go. He was always on time and happy to see us every day. It was a pleasure to relax and have Gede as our driver and we couldn't have done this trip without a driver. Traffic is much, much crazier than we expected - everywhere in south Bali.”

“Highly recommend!! Booking a driver was really easy, Michale was great to deal with and provided all the information we needed including confirmation, drivers name, phone number, picture and where to meet him at the airport. Wayan was a legend!! Such a nice guy, helped us out with some great recommendations and made us feel very welcome immediately. Drove us to our accommodation and pointed out areas to see along the way. I would and will 100% book him again when we are back in Bali.”

“Our driver, Arya, was very friendly and helpful. We had a good chat on our drive to Canggu. He had excellent English. He was keen to make sure we didn't have to walk too far with our heavy luggage and helped us lift it in and out of the vehicle. Would recommend!”

“We took the Noosa Panita east and west tour. What a joke. Spent hours in the car in five or 10 minutes at each beach which we couldn’t even swim at. I can sit in my car at home and go faster and more comfortable than the mountain road and see a beach anytime. Waste of my day and . However, both drivers that we had were very nice and accommodating.”

“Thank you so much Michael and team. The information on your website about Bali was extremely helpful and we felt well-prepared before we arrived. The tours are a great starting point and having the flexibility to customise these to suit our interests and requests were very much appreciated. Also having a half day option with a driver is an excellent choice if you aren't needing to travel too far. A special mention to our driver Gede who we used on several occasions and established a great rapport with. He is a great driver, very knowledgeable, with a very friendly and caring nature. We can't thank him enough and will stay in touch. For anyone coming to Bali for the first time, checking out 'Bali Holiday Secrets' is a must!”

“We used Bali Holiday Secrets' drivers. We were very pleased. The transfer from airport to hotel was smooth, even though our flight was delayed. Day trips were awesome and our drivers never complained about the time, or if we wanted to stop our change plans a little. The drivers were Samsul and Made Debawa. They are lovely people and very willing to engage in conversation about Bali. Thanks Michael, Samsul and Made. We had such good times.”

“Our driver, mas Kadek was super nice!! Our boat was slightly delayed and he patiently waited for us at the jetty. Really appreciated his patience and assistance and ensured our safe journey from the jetty to our hotel in Kuta. The whole booking process was also seamless and fast! Booked the service the night before & we received our confirmation within 5mins. Highly recommend if you're looking for private taxi in Bali! Affordable prices and guaranteed satisfaction service.”

“Bali Holiday Secrets was a great discovery. The whole airport transfer experience was made easy by Michael. Gede, who was our driver, was excellent. He was waiting for us where we were told he would be outside the airport, and was polite, friendly and really helpful. Would not hesitate to use them again.”
