Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“I had a fantastic day with Gede this week, saw so much, he had some great ideas that I had not considered. Comfy a/c car, he was friendly, and a very competent and safe driver. Would highly recommend!”

“There were some issues with my arrival that were my fault. Bali HS worked with me to resolve the back and forth arrival timing and couldn't have been nicer. That was the booking side of things. As for my driver, she was waiting for me when I arrived and communicated over WhatsApp to make sure the meet up was smooth. Clean, comfortable car with great A/C. Thank you”

“It was surprising- used to the big Grab apps of course - however it was reassuring that you had a driver that had at least passed some kind of extra minimal qualifications. Our driver was super nice, very prompt, and the rate was competitive. Would use the service again!”

“Dependable and friendly service, would definitely book again! I randomly stumbled across a Bali Holiday Secrets webpage while planning my first trip to Bali. When it came time for me to book airport transport, I quickly became overwhelmed with which option to choose (book a driver ahead of time? book through an app after arriving? use hotel shuttle? go with a random taxi at the airport?). Then I remembered that Bali Holiday Secrets listed a driving service on their website. I couldn't tell how legit the website was, and I was nervous because I was a solo traveling female. But I went out on a limb and booked a driver to pick me up from DPS and take me to my hotel. It turned out great...they sent really helpful instructions to follow after arriving at DPS and a photo of my driver and their car. It was super easy to connect with them at the airport. I ended up booking them again for a full day to drive around south Bali. Super friendly, reasonably priced, reliable, and safe. I'll definitely use them again!”

“Dendong was the best! She was so patient and kind and even helped me to find the shop where I had pre-ordered a SIM card before leaving the airport. I also liked how the company sent me a photo of the driver and vehicle before in advance so I knew what to look for at the pickup area. I would highly recommend booking!”

“We had Wayan as our driver for 2 days, he initially took us from Ubud to Karangesam then we had a 10 hour day trip with him, he was very punctual and for the day trip he picked out everywhere for us to go! Including a coffee plantation, tirta gannga, uluwatu temple and then to our hotel. He kept in touch via WhatsApp which was really helpful. We had the most amazing day with him, he was informative but most of all had an amazing sense of humour! If we could rate him a 10 we would!!! When we come back to Bali we will want to book another trip with him 🤣”

“Amazing experience with Samsul. He was very knowledgeable about where to go for the different activities we wanted to complete. He made the day very smooth. We went from the monkey forest, to coffee tasting, Bali swings, rice terraces, waterfall and palace. He even gave us tips on things we may want to see for the rest of our trip in Bali. Really recommend - fabulous service.”

“Bali Holiday Secrets is a very well orchestrated unit, we have been informed of everything we needed to know before even boarding our flight to Bali. We had photos of our driver (Samsul), his vehicle and Whatsapp number in advance. We sent him a photo of our arrival party so he knew exactly who he was looking for too, this was so helpful! A lovely man who was so receptive to answering all our questions and keeping us (our young children) informed about “how far we had to go”. Fantastic service with a cheerful and kind driver - thank you Samsul 🌞”

“An online visit to Bali Holiday Secrets turned out to be one of the best things I did before travelling to Bali. Booking a driver for arrival and return transfer to Bali Airport was effortless. We received an email introducing our driver (this included a photo and his What's App contact details). We were extremely happy with both our drivers - Samsul Bahri and Komang Megan. “Aloha! Found this website looking for local companies. So glad I did! Everything was so easy to setup and communication was the best. We had Kadek take us around for 10 hours and honesty he was just amazing! Not only did he drive us but he was practically a tour guide. We were so interested in not just the sites but also the culture and the daily lives of the Balinese people. He answered all our questions and explained so much. He was so easy to hang out with all day it was like being with a friend. We enjoyed our time so much that we booked him again for another 10 hour day in a different part of the island. And then a 3rd day but as an airport transfer. I hope we thanked Kadek enough and will looking to see him again the next time we return to Bali.”

“We had an amazing time on our day tour with Gede as our driver! He has a very comfortable car, was extremely knowledgeable about the roads and Bali in general, and gave us a lot of great insight to the island and culture! If I had to nitpick, I would have liked being taken to a different restaurant for lunch, as the one we went to seemed to cater to tourist groups and was pricey, but other than that we had an absolutely fantastic time!! We genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to book again when in Bali next.”
