“I love my boots! They're really comfortable and very sturdy for the job in hand. The only downside is that they're quite difficult to get on but that was made easier with a strong shoe horn”

“I ditched my much loved boots for bareback as they were absolutely finished and discontinued. Following lots of reviews I bought a pair of bare back calf boots. I am very pleased so far and give them 4 stars instead if 5 just because they are really difficult to pull on. I do not usually have a problem so I am keeping them as I am hoping they will stretch with wear. Also the back pull loop is hardly big enough to get your finger inside to pull the boots on so metal boot pulls are needed. Fix these two problems and I would give 5 stars.”

“Quebec boots great for dog walking in all weathers. They are quite roomy in the foot so can take a thicker sock. But easy to pull on and go. My soles are almost worn out. So considering getting another pair”

“These are incredibly comfortable boots (I have had the waterproof Kentucky Storm). They are lovely to walk in and ride in. However I have found they only last 6 months before leaking and getting very smelly so I have to say I am currently trying a pair of Tuffa boots so that I can compare them. The Tuffa pair are no where near as comfortable and the jury is out as to how long they will last.”

“Love these boots, I've been everywhere in them; right through deep puddles and muddy fields, riding, gardening and they haven't taken on a scratch yet. The inner sole is comfortable, but if I could "up the squishiness" and arch support, I would.”

“Really good quality leather boots, although I have had to size up to get a comfortable fit. I'm not a horse rider myself, but much prefer the look of 'working' boots so have been able to find many styles that I like. Just don't tell my bank manager!”
