“Slightly too wide in the ankle”

“Ive just bought a pair of Quebec zipped boots. Beautifully made and definitely waterproof. They are substantial, and as a result pretty heavy boots, so a little tiring on the old legs after a long walk - good for building up muscles!”

“I loved these boots! Design and leather beautiful. Unfortunately they were too large in the calf width and too short in length. Hated sending them back!”

“Lovely boot tops are softer and wider in design so don’t rub your ankle. Length is good and to size however could be slightly more generous in width! Very comfortable wore them nearly all day on first occasion no problems”

“These boots are good. They are reasonably expensive but nice leather. They are not as simple to put on and off as advertised: I have to unzip and unlace which is a bit annoying as it's not as quick as I hoped. I wouldn't say they are super stylish or especially flattering but they are very comfortable which is great!”

“Lovely boots and definitely waterproof. Fit is large for a size 5 & i have broad feet, But with insoles and thick socks ok. Rubbed my heels for the first week but after that great!”

“BareBack offered me a faultless and very personalised service. Emma spent quite sometime discussing sizing. The boots are beautifully made, the quality excellent as is the dark blue colour. The boots are indeed a perfect fit when on, but just a bit of a struggle to slip my foot passed the ankle section. Once on, they are a very snug fit, but I am unsure if I will be able tuck jeans into them once the boots are on. It might have been bettter to order a wide fit. Not really an issue as they are very comfortable. Purchased for walking and because the boots are advertised as waterproof.”

“Love the colour I went for the blue knee length Look smart so comfy rode with them tonight I was so comfortable My only issue is the Zip it’s a bugger to get up, bottom bit is ok, but after that it’s hard going, am hoping in time it will get easier fingers crossed.”

“Lovely boots, ideal for walking. They were dispatched quickly and arrived well packaged. My only gripe... the boot laces are only just long enough. Had they been another couple of inches longer I would have given 5 stars.”

“I have put a better insole for more firm arch support but it just lifts my heels so that they rub a little. Width is good. Zips are occasionally difficult to move full length.”
