“I love the boots, but have had trouble from the start with the zips. I have never had trouble before with other boots, but I have not been able to do the zips up properly and they keep running down. I know I should have mentioned this before, but the actual boot is fantastic.”

“Unfortunately I had to return both pairs of boots that I ordered as I couldn't get my feet into either size (I ordered two different sizes to see which fitted best). The quality of the boots seemed to be very good so I was very disappointed that I couldn't get my feet into them. I don't think I have a particularly high instep but maybe I'm wrong?”

“Great everyday boots. Ideal for countryside walks. Very comfortable. Quite wide and chunky so I feel they make my feet look a bit clumpy but I did not buy them as a fashion item. It is a shame that there aren't half sizes as I think I am truly between the sizes on offer.”

“The boots arrived swiftly, and looked as described. , unfortunately they just didn’t fit my odd shaped feet. The return process was very easy and a refund was given within a few days.”

“Great quality. Can actually get them on! A rarity in my case. I have small feet with a very high instep and wide ankles. It is very difficult to find any boots at all, especially longer ones. Success at last!”

“I wanted boots that would not hurt my feet or toes. I think I still need to break them in. They are warm and waterproof. I walked a few miles the first time I wore them And my toes hurt. Probably arthritis. I then wore them round the local Park with the dog as it is softer under foot and that was better. I’m hoping they will mould to the shape of my feet and be more comfortable”

“I have ordered the next size down after reading that is a sensible option if between sizes, which I’m not, I’m a size 6 and ordered a size 6 but they were a tad too big so I’m waiting to see what the size 5 is like then I’ll be deciding! But otherwise they are amazing.”

“Very nice quality only problem was the Quebec are not suitable for slim calves so had to return. When enquired about another pair via email customer service told me to look at sizing - which do not state boot circumstances only length... Not helpful but very quick to refund without a problem.”

“The boots are lovely and comfortable but I chose to buy a pair of clearance or seconds and expected there to be scuffs or a wee bit of irregularity but unfortunately my pair weren't a pair! One boot is slimmer and darker in colour which is rather annoying but I'm keeping them and guessing once they're a bit muddy and worn I won't notice! I think next time I'd rather pay the extra £20 to have a true pair! So, disappointing but hasn't put me off the brand!”

“Beautiful boots, very well made and superb quality. Unfortunately not a good fit for my feet, which are narrow at the heel and wide at the ball of the foot. The boot was wide enough for the ball of the foot, but crowded my toes and was loose on the heel. Returned them (free of charge) and refund sent promptly, thank-you. Back to the drawing board!”
